DELIVERY & TRACKING

If we receive your order by 12:30pm Monday-Friday, we always try to dispatch it the same day depending on the shipping service you have chosen and location.

All orders received on the weekend or public holiday regardless of shipping paid or location  will be processed the next working day.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
(Monday-Friday)

Standard delivery has 2 options:

  • £3.95 – for total cart orders below £10
  • £4.95 – for total cart orders above £10

If you have chosen standard delivery, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

If you have chosen express delivery £9.99, you should receive your order 1-2 working days.

NON-MAINLAND & UK HIGHLANDS DELIVERY
(Monday -Friday)

The following areas have only a standard shipping option charged at £12.99 you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

Channel Islands – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sicily, Jersey & Guernsey, and Northern Ireland.

Highlands – Aberdeen, Falkirk, Inverness, Perth, Kirkwall, Paisley. Kilmarnock and the Outer Hebrides.

ORDER TRACKING

Once we process your order and it has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which will have a link. Through this link you can track the status of your order directly from the courier website.

If your delivery is out of the delivery timescale or the tracking link isn’t working, then please contact our Customer Care on info@onlinehousehold.co.uk  from the email account you used to make the purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you buy from us. Therefore, if something is wrong, we are here to assist you.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We do make every effort through our product descriptions and images to correctly represent items on sale at onlinehousehold.co.uk. However, if you are not happy with the product(s) that you have purchased from us, simply email our customer care team on info@onlinehousehold.co.uk within 14 days of your delivery date to arrange a return. Products needs to be complete within their original packaging, in resalable / re-sellable condition, and in the case of consumable products, with any seals intact or package unopened.

Do not return any items until you have received confirmation from the customer care team, and the cost of return postage may be your responsibility depending on the reason for returning the product.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Kindly note all parcels leave our warehouse in perfect condition otherwise the courier would refuse to collect them. Item damage can occur during transit; if this happens, please contact our customer service staff at info@onlinehousehold.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable solution.

In line with general eCommerce practice, we may require photographic evidence of damage.

MISSING ITEMS

On occasions mistakes can happen and items from an order can be missing. If this is the case, please email our customer care team on info@onlinehousehold.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your parcel who will kindly help to provide a suitable solution.

REFUNDS

Once a refund has been agreed, we will notify you by email the amount and the date of process. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be issued back to your original payment method
